No satelitte signal - Sky Q

Sky Q installed a month ago, no problems. Bad weather 3 nights ago, no signal since.

 

Next engineer appointment is 14 October!

If that is what Sky have said, then it will be the earliest appointment they have.

@skygoer1234  You can call them to discuss that ince the fault is resolved.  They will only credit forthe number of days of no service.
