Pull the cable from the back of the mini for 30 mins then try again. 10 mins isn't long enough

Does anyone have a number to call re this and an email address to make a complaint please? Still not working for me despite trying e writhing mentioned. This drops on my minis at least once a week, and I have 2 boosters. So frustrating when you pay so much!

Are people still experiencing "no satellite signal" issues? This problem has been ongoing for me since 21st December. Have had an engineer out twice and I can now see on the app it seems to be a recognised issue? I have had the box replaced but getting sick and tired of this service not working when it's not exactly cheap

My minis are awful at the best of time despite boosters etc. This time I had to unplug at the back for 30 minutes to get them back any less time and they refuse to connect. Unplugging at the wall had no effect for some reason

I've still no signal on one of my sky q mini boxes been off for 2 days now. I rebooted  6 times. Gone into hidden menu reset and still not working

I am the same. Although I have been experiencing similar since before Christmas. An engineer has come out and stated it was a cable that needed replaced and now this has continued
