When you say you joined yesterday was this when your Sky Q box was installed ?

No,I actually just joined sky yesterday. Sky q box install 22nd October. Text messages suggest I should see my contacts, orders, bills in Mysky but I do not see them. For some reason Myskyis showing old messages from when I was a sky member in Ireland despite this contract being cancelled when I left to return to Uk.
