Error code 3005

It's been 3 days now with error code 3005 all other apps are working expect for paramount plus it plays the ads noting else

Hi 4 months now same problem nothing has worked , emailed paramount plus they don't send updates unless u ask Same answer our team are looking into it , very frustrating guess it would be different if I was paying and not getting it free with sky cinima Thanks for u help
