No power cable with replacement

Depending which version Q box you have @Andy2891 

If it is the Qbox without a separate power supply then it's a just a standard Power cable.  These re readily available at various lengths from High Street stores or internet .   It's a IEC C7 (figure of eight power lead)

however it it is the box which requires a separate power supply then yo need to contact Sky directly.

Hi @Andy2891   If it is an ES240 box your only choice is another box swap. To play safe swap everything (apart from your viewing card, keep that).
