Constant hum from the box.

Does anyone else get a constant hum from their box?

If I have the tv on low, I can hear it as well.

I also get it when the box is in standby (Amber/Orange light)

I have the settings set to Active.

It's not the sound of the HD spinning, it's a hum as if it's the power.
