No power cable delivered with new Sky Q box

Had a hard drive issue with previous sky q box, they sent out a replacement and didn't include the new power cable for this box.

@Mark_donnelly what connetion is on the back of the Q box as there are 2 types of power cable for Q boxes a standard figure of 8 or a round cable with pins that is made only for 1 version of the Q box 

only Sky can really help
