Sky q mini box programme unavailable

I had a new Sky Q Box installed a few days ago, it was also set up on a mini box in the other room.. everything worked fine for 24 hours and the next day. The mini box lost programme availability. 

I have tried most basics with switching things off and rebooting both boxes. Tried resetting everything. I feel it is a connection issue with the router but I've also tried the basics. Wired/not wired. I have now lost access to the sky apps on my sons playstations. So I can only access sky through the main box. I'm clueless to what I need to do now to get things working again. 

(Side note, it wouldn't let me sign in to your website through my WiFi, once I come off WiFi , I can log in) 

So something has happened with our router which is interfering with our sky boxes.. not sure what is going on.

Hi I am having the same problem, I had sky q installed with a mini box it worked fine for three days and now it says programme unavailable and no signal . I tried to reset both boxes and  nothing has helped
