After tv been on some hours, I am informed it will turn off in so many seconds so press ok button, there isn't one on skyQ remote, tried all buttons so the tv ends up having to be turned off and on again so spoiling programme

hi @Susancarol
this will be your TV
You might need to use the TV remote but I find that just pressing the volume up/down keys on my SKY remote gets mine to clear the message
(TVs are likely to want to go to sleep as we tend to just interact with the KSY Q box rather than the TV itself)

I'll give that a try, thanks.

I'll try next time it does it which is over the weekend when I'm watching sport!
