No internet connection sky q

No internet connection to sky q box. Had no trouble before but won't connect at all. I've tried the wps button and also tried typing it in manually but it just says unsuccessful connection.

I'm not the OP, but hope they won't mind me jumping onboard. I have had the same issue this evening for the first time. I am with BT...
