retun of equipment and still been charged

Hi, I recently upgraded to sky glass and was required to send back the previous equipment etc. I have just checked my bill and i have been charged a non return fee which comes to over £250. I have the post office receipt still but obviously im not paying for something i have already returned! Anyone else had these issues?

Unfortunately the returns process is not all it could be and prone to delays.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
