Had a replacement Sky Q box delivered today and everything is now set up but I have no apps showing at all. It has the latest software update. Could someone help me please?

Have you connected it to your internet, either WiFi or hard wired?

@Gemmabaggies you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
this can take upto 24 hours for the refrsh to wrk but itis normally less
