No Viewing card

I have recently moved into a rental where I could not have a dish and cancelled my contract. I duly posted back my all peripherals including my viewing card. I recently moved again and the property has a dish so I came back. I have the router and Q box but no viewing card. I have spoken to customer services twice and each time they tell me they will post out a new one, but none have arrived. I have now been without a card for two weeks and so I can't watch the channels I'm paying for!

Once the card arrives and you're up and running call Sky and ask if they would consider crediting your account for the period you were without service.

Thank you but the problem is each time they tell me there is one coming...nothing arrives. I just want to know how to get a viewing card!!

You are relying on the company contracted to deliver these which I think are Royal Mail.

@JLo2  Have you checked Sky are sending the viewing card to your new address & not your old one?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, just spoke to a helpful guy who is going to expedite delivery again. checked new address details are accurate. Third time lucky!
