Are you using a high speed HDMI cable? Do you have Deep Colour enabled for the HDMI port you have the Q box connected to? Disney & Netflix both output HDR which requires additional bandwidth so make sure you have enabled HDR in the TV settings/HDMI input settings and are using a high speed cable.
Alternatively, just use the apps on your TV. Samsung TV apps are usually very speedy and more reliable than those on the Q box.
