I noticed this yesterday when trying to set a recording for next Thursday (31/10 for 6/11). The TV guide was fine until Thursday when it stuck on "Waiting for TV Schedule". Same today (1/11) and both the main Q box and the minis were the same. Rebooted the main Q box (only) and the guide then showed Thursday, but Friday and Saturday (the part that was available) were again "Waiting for Schedule" - same on the Mini boxes.
Software is Q330.000.09.00L (63yh6DG)
Anyone having the same problem?

It may be worth rebooting your router then reboot the Sky Q equipment.
So reboot the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

@jblink there's nothing customers can do but wait for the epg to fully populate
this situation does occur occasionally

Thanks for this. This has never happened before, funnily enough, in the many years I have had Q or indeed the 20 ish years with plus type boxes. It has always been "all or nothing"

Many thanks. There is a reason I have the Q box on a separate switched socket from all the other kit (tv, Ethernet switch, WiFi access point, amp, Blu Ray, etc)! TV guide has now repopulated through to next Saturday. I guess the root cause of the subject issue is my impatience. Hey, ho!
