Discussion topic: No Internet connection

No Internet connection

My system states I have no network connection. All other devices in the house are connected and can access all internet on same router.

I have tried re-enetring the wifi password (a few times) but the main Sky Q box still won't reconnect, so neither will the mini boxes. Have also tried restarting the router also as well as the Sky Q box itself. 

We are on BT with full fibre 500

Hi @Kingy364 

Assume you are carrying out a Network reset on the main Q box?

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to 3rd party router.
You need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Yes thanks did all that, have now phoned Sky and seems new box may be needed
