The Wi-Fi and tv aren’t working. I’m. It loving in the place but this has been an issue since may 20

I'm not living in the flat but am moving back! 

since may last year (2022) the Wi-Fi stopped working, and a few months later the tv and box wouldn't turn on. I unplugged from the main line! Did all the tests and have done several times but no resolution. 

I'd like to resolve this issue as I move back!

Best to contact Sky directly for an Engineer visit.
