No ITV HD channels

For a few weeks now, we haven't been able to watch ITV1 HD and ITV2 HD. Also just noticed now that we also cannot access Sky Documentaries HD, Sky History HD, Discovery HD, Nat Geo HD, Sky Arts HD, W HD (just the few we've found).

It says "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal".

 

We've had the HD package for years, we have a Sky Q box and other channels aren't affected at all.

 

Hopefully someone can help!

@c.cox2411  If a box reboot doesn't resolve the issue you'll need to call Sky to book an engineer as they dish may be slightly misaligned.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My box has the same problem I think the box lnb 1 has a problem. Can you please tell me what the outcome was if you contacted sky
