I think our sky q box has lost the will to live. It’s not turning on despite rebooting several times

I think our sky q box has lost the will to live, probably too much Love Island!. It’s not turning on despite rebooting several times. We get as far as the blue Home Screen telling us to press the home button then it dies again. Please help as I need my fix!
