No Hard Disk message.

Instruction for reset is go to settings, press 0.0.1 but dont  understand. how to do this .

Done it and it still says no hard disk

Then it's likely to be kaputt and you'll have to call Sky to replace it.

That'll be "replace the Sky Q box" not just the hard drive.  The replacement will be delivered via a courier doorstep swap.  Make sure you remove your viewing card from the old box & take ALL the items out of the delivery box (the power supply may be different)
