Paramount plus is asking for a pin I don’t have to get out of kids profile - help

Hi guys Paramount plus is asking for a PIN number I don't have to get out of kids profile. Kids profile seems to be the default profile for some reasons. Anyone can help with this? Thanks in advance

I do not know if this wil help but are you able  to  use a browser on a PC or other device to go to paramountplus.com/account  

In the Account page there is an option to switch off Parental controls etc

I'm not able to effect any changes on the account online for some reason - it doesn't acknowledge that I have access to the app through Sky
