New sky q box

I have ordered a new sky q box and it says I have to give my old box and the viewing card to the courier when he comes. Where is the viewing box?

No, you need to eject your viewing card and keep it to put in the new box!

@Nosroblig  Do not give the courier the viewing card you need to remove this and keep it and insert it into the replacement box 

the card slot should be on the side of the box

Hi @Nosroblig .
Viewing card is in the right hand end of the box.

There is not enough of it sticking out to grip and remove it.
Push it fully in and it will pop out slightly enough so you can remove it.
