New sky Q remote

I ordered a new sky Kew remote control quite a few weeks ago and I haven't received it. Can you give me an update on that order?

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You would have to contact Sky to chase up the delivery. It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. 

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help

Something must have gone wrong with your order, I ordered one last week and got it within 48hrs!  You need to phone Sky 

I am just another Sky customer!
