HDMI not working on Sky Devialet, but optical port is. Have tried resetting everything and checking connections which seem to be fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid the Sky Soundbox is now six years old and long out-of-support.

I do recall hearing of the odd issue with HDMI ports on the Soundbox. I recall one that very strangely started working again by turning round the HDMI cable (end to end)
your issue might of course be down to the IN or the OUT port so could just be worth reversing both cables or trying alternative cables.
it might also be worth trying to reset your soundbox.
Here is a screenshot of how to do that. Other than that you may have to persevere with the optical cable.
Also - assuming your HDMI cables go:
out of your Sky box and in to your Soundbox
then out of your Soundbox and in to your TV
try a single cable from your TV straight in to the soundbox (the black, IN port) (bypassing the Sky box). That will at least help you to isolate where the fault lies.

All working fine when switched off last night. When switched on this morning initially had HDCP error on screen, which I fixed eventually by checking cables and rebooting. But since then the soundbar (Sky Devialet) won't work and not recognised through setup, so sound only via TV speakers. Sky support really only said the soundbar is no longer supported so I've unplugged for now. Is there a way to fix this?
