Make sure you remove and keep the viewing card for the replacement if it is the main Q box.

Hi @Kay33
Just have the old box ready when they deliver the new one.
Its a doorstep swap so take the new one out of the box and put in your faulty one.
The deliver should wat while you swap the Q boxes.

One thing to note - if your box is a 2TB box.
Some 2TB boxes need a separate power supply so before the driver leaves make sure you check the power socket on the back of the replacement & if it has a round multipin connector rather than a figure of 8 connection, make sure there is the separate power supply with it - we have seen a few posts where customers have only realised they need this after the driver has left.
