My sky q mini can connect to my sky q box and gets wifi apps/epg/etc just fine. The tv also connects through the mini box and can connect to the internet fine. It's wifi connection works. However, the sky mini box won't connect for live tv, it just says "no satellite signal" or "technical error". All channels still work fine on the sky q box, just not on the mini despite having a good network connection. I have tried resetting the sky q box, the sky wifi signal booster and the sky mini. I have also tried updating the software, reconnecting to the network, refreshing the ip and re-enabling the option to use the mini box. Finally, I have checked there is no ip clash on the sky router. Still nothing. It has been like this for more than a week now.
Nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

Hi @Itor Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

Have tried this too. No joy. The main sky q box reports a good signal and connection. Still no tv picture. Now it seems to also be effecting the tv picture on the main box as well.
