On new software update, screen messages not responding to Sky Remote Control

No, the onscreen instructions appear to be frozen.

Screen says:-

A new software update is available for your TV. Use your remote control to select "show details"

Show Details is in the box below the above mess.

@peterbowman1 That will be a message from your TV so are you using the TV remote to select this

as if its from your TV your Q remote won't remove the message 

apologies if you are using your TV remote
