Re: New Series Section
I have also been a continual sky customer since 1992 and had my current sky Q box for just over 3 years. Up until Monday I had full access to the 'new series' tab which showed all the new progammes due to start. I looked at this partcular feature every day and found this this the most useful thing on sky.
I've tried everything to get it back it literally was there one day and gone the next. It is obviously something that has changed at Sky's end. Hopefully this will be sorted quickly.

Re: New Series Section
Thank goodness for this forum!
Everytime something like this happens I always find great comfort knowing it's not just me.
I will await Sky actually getting it back, ironic that I look daily at the same time roughly so the message is quite ironic !

Re: New Series Section
I agree Very useful and I left Sky glass because they had no way to find any programs.I hope this is a temporary fault and they not withdrawing it.I be going to some other provider if this is the case and also agree choice of programs is getting very poor. They lost most of some good programs that I enjoy to Disney +
I don't get it I pay Sky over £30 per month and they losing most of the good content to Disney + that I would pay only £8.99pm.I think sky forgetting content is King.
Been a Sky customer for 28 years.

I think if Sky were going to withdraw it, it would have just disappeared and wouldn't have displayed the message customers are seeing. Yes it is useful, but imo not worthy of contemplating cancellation.

Re: New Series Section
Im not actually seeing any message displayed. As I said the 'new series' tab has just totally dissapeared overnight. Users pay an lot of money for sky and to be fair it does seem like one issue after another lately with no speedy resulution for anything so I fully understand people suggesting they leave for other platforms.

NEW SERIES SECTION ON TV GUIDE
Hi. On my Sky Q box the new series section on the TV Guide has stopped working.
It says ' we're still learning about what you like to watch at this of day, so please come back soon to discover great new programmes that you'll love'.
It has been like this for days now.
Any ideas how I can get it back working.
I have turned my box off at mains already. TIA.

Re: New Series Section
Praise the lord for this post.
Now on third day of the "We're still learning" message after years with the same box and no issues.
So after going through all the troubleshooting, its nice to know its a Sky fault beyond my box. Look forward to the fix soonest...
