New Customer Contact Sakes

I have moved into a new apartment that still has a Sky box all connected up and the card is still inside.

Is it possible to contact Sky and subscribe with the equipment that's already installed?

if so, does anyone have a number, email address or link to a contact form please?

Hi @Luca48

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

If it's Sky Q (where you've posted) then the box shouldn't have been left there. It belongs to Sky and should have been returned by the previous occupants/account holder.

No. New subscription on Sky+ hardware isn't available anymore, and Sky Q hardware is loaned to the original user and not transferable.

I'd suggest placing a new order with Sky, and retaining the box (if it is Sky Q) for possible retrieval by the previous occupant.
