Network connection problems !

I am having to reconnect my skyq box to the network everyday despite getting a new sky Q box . My WiFi signal seems to be fine . It is a nightmare having to reconnect to the network by putting in the WiFi code everyday !! Please help

Some simple steps go to 1 settings 2 set up 3 preferences make sure it's not in eco turn to auto which never puts the main sky q box to sleep

also, do this on any mini boxes as well worked well for me.

We are having the same issues but getting to speak to someone is impossible.

network connection keeps dropping out but signal to everything else in the house is fine suggesting it's the box

Yeah it's rarely the hox at fault, it's just they are bad at wifi

test what happens if you turn off 5GHz wifi on your router
