Please can you call me

I am constantly having problems with the Paramount App & Netflix. there are NO problems with my internet, and all boxes are ticked. But it keeps connecting & then disconnecting all the time and freezing. It's getting really annoying now, as it's been happening for months. We are not able to watch anything without trying to connect about 6 times. Please help

No one is going to ring you as you are talking to other customers.

Can you try Ethernet?  As a non-Sky ISP then it will only connect on 2.4GHz - worth splitting SSID's for a dedicated connection to ensure steering isn't causing the disconnects.
