Netflix

I pay for Netflix through my sky subscription... its not loading on the sky q box ... but on my tablet straight away comes on.... I saw an answer on this yesterday saying turn router ab box of for 30 seconds it will work yes it did but today back to the same thing im really don't want to turn everything off just to watch Netflix..  need to sort this out sky q it's ridiculous.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
Do you have the same issues with other Apps or Downloads?

No all my other app work perfectly just nextflix

Yep. Until Sky fix this, there's no point banging your head on a brick wall. Just use the TV app.
