Netflix is asking me to update my cc but I pay through Sky!
I have been a Sky customer for almost 2 years. When we first went to Sky we already had a Netflix account with our cc details for monthly direct debit, but when we got Sky they stopped taking payments and everything has been fine...until the last few days! We can't access Netflix unless we put in our card details. I called Sky tech help and they were aware of it and said they had contacted Netflix and for us to look on the help section of Sky. I have done that but can't find out any information. Any help, folks?
