Netflix

I have gone into my Netflix account tonight (I haven't used for a few days) and noticed it's not my account it's in someone else's name and is not English?

Hi @Anonymous 

@Have you tried signing out of the Account?

To do this open Netflix and go to Left Hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get help.

At the bottom of the next screen you can sign out and then sign back in with your credentials

I have tried that apparently I don't have an account with Netflix? Looks like my account has been hacked and they have changed not just my password but my email account I have initially (since posting this) spoken to sky who have said speak to Netflix, who won't answer the phones so I shall try calling tomorrow, seems to be on the rise with Netflix accounts being hacked according to sky! 
I know it happened to me about 6/7 years ago too!
