Hi @Paulwesty
If you are New User to Netflix then you need to follow the Activation procedure.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-netflix ..
If you have migrated you Netflix account to Sky5hen you should still use your Netflix login details and you account will transfer to Sky.
