Lionsgate+ free trial not linking with app - error from sky end

I recently signed up for the lionsgate+ 3 month free trial on my skyQ box

 

Following the instructions, it shows up under my apps, so I activated the app and a QR  code. When I scanned it, it brings up a sky.com webpage that says there is an error with it (FIRST ISSUE)

 

SECONDLY, as I had already had a 1 week free trial a while ago with lionsgate+, using my email address, it didn't recognise that i was logging on to this via my skytv so an error appeared saying that my account had lapsed

 

So I created a entirely new account up with a different email address but now cannot link this to my sky trail either and have been charged £24.99 for a 6month subscription I don't want
