Netflix won’t load on sky mini q

The past two weeks I have not been able to use Netflix without having to update software, reset etc. it seems to fix itself then same thing happens the next time I turn my tv on. Red circle going round and round. Often the system tells me I am not connected to the internet. Other times I am connected yet still can't get onto Netflix. Also interesting issue is I'm paying for Netflix through Sky and also being charged separately through my bank account?

Hi @Linz1   

 

You are not updating the software, if you are already on the latest release. You are simply cold rebooting the box. You can do this by turning it off at the mains and switching it back on.

 

It sounds that you were not successful in transferring your Netflix payments over to Sky which would have cancelled the direct payment from Netflix.
