Netflix won’t load, I’ve tried refresh

Netflix won't load, I've updated software and apps, still nothing

Sorted now, had to log out of sky boxes on alternative Netflix platform

I have the same problem. Just a swirly red circle. Any ideas? I have refreshed everything, Samsung TV is up to date and Internet signal is strong.
