Netflix on mobile

We've had Netflix via Sky for quite some time. Recently it's logged us out on our mobile devices, still logged in and working via SkyQ. When we've tried to login again on the mobiles, it says "Finish signing up via the website" like we don't have a Netflix account. 

Any ideas how to resolve?

@P-build  to confirm you are using the same sign in credentials on mobile that you used to sign in via q
