@gracelouis

That probably suggests there's not enough bandwidth (particularly over WiFi) : Netflix tries to use a higher bitrate than Sky content to a Q Mini box.

If it's only the mini boxes then that's most probably a connection issue.

Re: Netflix not working on multi room boxes

Yes only on the mini box. We can't get Sky broadband but we have a separate professional WiFi system so that's all good. Sky Q is wireless to one mini box then from that box to the next is hard wired and it's the one at the end of that wire not working? Any help and technophobe instructions would be really helpful. Thanks for the response 😉

Might be the same as the generic "netflix spinny circle problem" in the other 2 big threads. That can happen on any box I think.

Other apps working but Netflix comes up with the spinning wheel and just keeps going round. I tried to be the settings 001 to refresh , as that was working last year but that's now not being up the refresh option

Re: Netflix not working on multi room boxes

To fix this, i signed into netflix desktop and force a 'sign out' from the sky box device in question,

Then unplug the sky box and turn it back on again, after a minute.

Log into netflix as normal via the sky box menu and the app will begin to spin the wheel again but suddenly change back to the 'select user' menu which is where it then works as expected again,

Yes as per my post above yours. Seems to work for most people.

Why it's even needed is a mystery.

It's fine on sky box. The issue is with the multi room mini box. Nothing wrong with Internet connection.

The netflix problem can affect each box randomly even if the others are fine.
