I load Netflix program and get the spinning wheel....however after this I can't get back to watching normal broadcasts on the box. The whole screen goes blank and I can't get out of this without switching the box off and on.
I can still watch Netflix through the app on the tv itself
this has also happened on Amazon when the 2nd advert is played,don't know if there's any connection?
