Netflix app wont load, every time we use.

Almont each time( 9 out of 10) we want to wantch Netflix it won't work, spinnig cyrcle!! we do reset modem each time, whats the solution for it, as its very frustreting. Softwer updated.

If you are using WiFi I'd suggest switching to an Ethernet cable and see if that helps.

@gogoflan this is a known problem that is being investigated

Although it looks like you can sign out of the app via the Q box now if you can start it in the first place.

Hello, I just purchased ethernet cable to fix issue with loading netflix, we contacted to our modem, but doesn't work either! we can't reboot modem each time we want watch Netflix on TV. Help please
