Hi, I recently had Sky Q installed after a number of years not having Sky. First issue I had was that my account wmail was linbked to my old account and finally got that resolved. The issue I have now is that my Sky Q box is not showing up under "Your Products" in My Sky. I keep getting the error below. I was considering adding multiroom also but I cannot see any option to do this as the message belkwo keeps appearing.
Anyone have this issue beofre and any suggestions to resolve it. Obviously talkign to numerous sky technicans has proven to be of no help.
