Netflix app not working

Netflix isn't working on my sky app.i don't pay for Netflix through sky it's separate.But on all my other devices in the house Netflix works.just not on my sky box  surely this is a problem with the sky Netflix app?

@Csw there is a large thread all about problems with netflix on Sky and some work arounds have a read of it it might help
