So they have, apologies for any confusion.

Hello all, I have had an update on my case about Netflix crashing, particularly when using the search function, or when trying so select episodes on series.
- This issue has now been identified as a known issue with the technologies team who are in the investigation stages of this now.
- Once a resolution has been provided, it will be sent via a pushed software update to the box.
- There is no workaround for this at the moment.
Hope that is helpful to some of you, and that people with the issue have an alternate device to use until the update is rolled out.

Is this is a sepetate issue to the app not loading ?

Several days ago the Netflix app started crashing whenever I went to it. It opens, slowly, and then when I scroll down to view different programmes, I'm thrown out again. Fed up. What's the point in paying for the service if you can't get it?

I've also been experiencing the exact same issue for the past 2 weeks. I search for a TV series on the Sky Netflix app, select a series and click to play an episode but it crashes, returning me back to the main Sky Q Home Screen. It's incredibly frustrating! I am on Sky Fibre.

When I log into netflix app using SkyQ, after about 2 mins it crashes and goes back to the Sky menu. It will continue to do it until I log out of Netflix and log back it. Then it be be fine for a few days and then it will happen again. Its fine on all other devices. It is happening more often now. I've also tried switching the box off.

No, I go in to the app and within a couple of minutes it crashes and it will continue to crash when I go back in until I log out of netflix. It resolves when I log back in but does it again a couple if days later.

what if you force the Q to logout on a PC through the Manage Access and Devices menu in your profile?

Have any of you guys tried Sam's suggestion at https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Netflix-Won-t-Load-Spinning-Circle/m-p/4496527/highlight/true#M61...
It's helped with the not loading issue for many, if not all.
