Did you ever get to the bottom of the issue with Netflix, it's been doing that for a couple of months now for me, it's so fustrating

If this isn't possible, you can change the picture resolution on your Sky Q Mini box to 576p:

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then select Settings, followed by Setup.
2. Select Audio visual, then Picture resolutionand select 576p.
   1080 worked for me
