Netflix account details hacked and changed

Hi there.

My netflix account is compromised and Netflix customer support has asked for a 6 digit service code so they can assist.

I initially tried the recover link through sky onyx to be met with a technical error screen from sky, tried this on multiple devices and cleared caches etc.

I did get through to an advisor via chat who told me that they dont deal with it and sent me a phone number but the number has no options that deal with sky stream related issues either.

Please advise the best way to get this 6 digit service code.

Can you advise.

Please see this link & expand the How to Recover Your Account section which I believe, if you follow it step by step should give a service code.

Appreciate the information, but I did already try recover via that on multiple devices and it always comes up with technical error.

Sorry to read this, as you may guess, unfortunately, personally,  I can't offer any further help with this - although I don't really hold much hope, all I can suggest is you contact SKY again explaining this & possibly search elsewhere for problems getting the service code
