Just received my box today but no Netflix or Disney + as promised

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

Please note that the step to refresh apps often does not action immediately and may take several hours before it does

Which box did you receive? Was a Sky Q box installed or were you sent a Sky Stream puck to install yourself? Or did you get a replacement Sky Q box for one that was faulty?

Does your subscription include Ultimate TV? You won't get Netflix or Disney+ included if you don't have this package.
