Changing to sky Q still no viewing card or date for engineer to install satellite dish
I've just changed sky service from sky stream to sky' Q .
Sky have switched of the steaming service and I have returned the puck.
i have received the sky Q box but no viewing card and no ide of when an engineer will arrive.
i was told i could watch programs on Sky Go which i have been doing for the past 5 days.
i have found it impossible to get any advice or how to proceed or find any way of going forward with this.

Changing to Sky Q or RETURNING to Sky Q? If you previously had Sky Q it's unlikely an engineer will be needed or arranged. Sky will assume you retained the old viewing card. If you haven't you will have to contact Sky and ask them to post a new card to you.

@Marko1962 Presumably you arranged the switch by phone (as Sky Q can no longer be ordered online). It would be normal, therefore, for the engineer appointment to have been arranged at the time of ordering. Also, the engineer would normally bring the Sky Q box with them on the day rather than it being shipped directly to you.
