New router password

New router installed password supplied via set up card is viewed by devices as invalid . Q code works on mobiles but other devices refuse to recognise the password . Gone through My Sky app but not useful.

In your devices go to the network settings and reset the connection then set it up again by finding your Sky network and connect to it with the new password.
